The Kano State Governor, Abba Yusuf, has accepted the resignation of the commissioner for the Ministry of Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Mohammed Diggol.

An announcement by the governor’s spokesperson, Sanusi Dawakin Tofa, on Sunday stated Mr Diggol was initially appointed as commissioner for Transportation on the inception of Mr Yusuf’s administration in 2023.

“He was later reassigned to the Ministry of Project Monitoring and Evaluation, the place he served till his resignation in the present day.

“Governor Yusuf expressed his gratitude to Engr. Diggol for his selfless service, unwavering commitment, dedication, and exemplary work ethic during his tenure as a member of the State Executive Council,” he stated.

According to the assertion, the governor additionally prolonged his finest needs to Mr Diggol in his future endeavours.
