Man suffers severe hand harm in firecracker accident
A younger man has sustained life-altering accidents after a firecracker exploded in his hand, leaving his proper palm shattered.
Disturbing photographs shared with Gambianareveal the extent of the injury, with the person’s hand severely disfigured.
According to an audio message accompanying the photographs, the person delayed throwing the firecracker, ensuing within the explosion.
“This young man said he was too late to throw the firecracker, and it detonated in his hand, causing this devastating injury,” the voice within the recording acknowledged.
“This tragedy should serve as a warning. We must caution our children to stay away from firecrackers to avoid such accidents,” the message added.
