New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate for Dome-Kwabenya, Mike Ocquaye Jnr, has firmly denied reviews suggesting he conceded defeat to his opponent, Elikplim Akurugu, following the current elections.

The rumors surfaced because the Electoral Commission (EC), led by Jean Mensah, suspended declarations for the Dome-Kwabenya and Ablekuma North constituencies within the Greater Accra Region.
