Road repairs round Lagos airport to ease motion – FAAN – Blueprint Newspapers Restricted
Managing Director and Chief Executive of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Mrs. Olubunmi Kuku, has known as for persistence and understanding from highway customers on roads across the worldwide wing of the Murtala Muhammed Airport in Lagos.
This is as company has stated it has stepped up work on a few of its operational roads throughout the airport space.
Kuku spoke throughout an on-the-spot evaluation of development works between the Toll Gate Plaza and Gate 13, generally known as the Service Road of the airport.
Whilst she expressed satisfaction with the standard and tempo of the work, the FAAN boss appealed to highway customers to provide the required cooperation to correctly and well timed assemble the two.4-kilometre highway.
She recommended the collaboration supplied by the Lagos state authorities on the venture saying that “This road should have been done years ago, but I am glad that we have started it, and we need the full cooperation of all road users and members of the airport community to complete it on time and to the desired specifications,” she stated.
The venture contains the whole highway reconstruction, drainages on each aspect, sidewalks, and streetlights as your entire venture is predicted to be delivered in 9 months.
