World Leaders Congratulate President Tebboune on 71st Anniversary of Liberation Revolution

On Sunday, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune received congratulatory messages from numerous heads of state and international leaders marking the seventy-first anniversary of the outbreak of the glorious November 1st Revolution.

European Leaders Extend Congratulations

Germany’s President Frank-Walter Steinmeier affirmed the strength of long-standing bilateral relations, describing Algeria as a close partner. He emphasized Germany’s commitment to standing by Algeria in shared efforts toward sustainable development and deepened cooperation.

Poland’s President Karol Nawrocki conveyed his sincerest congratulations, identifying Algeria as one of Poland’s most important partners in Africa. He expressed full support for developing this cooperation in the face of global and regional challenges.

Hungary’s President Tams Sulyok expressed satisfaction with the progress in bilateral relations and conveyed his conviction in joint work to face various challenges, pledging Hungary’s continued support.

Slovakia’s President Peter Pellegrini highlighted the long-standing friendly relations and expressed hope for their continued development. He noted that the recent reopening of embassies would create a new dynamic for deeper ties.

Slovenia’s President Nataa Pirc Musar confirmed the strong and friendly relations, citing President Tebboune’s official visit as a key step in strengthening bilateral cooperation. She looks forward to enhancing relations in all areas of mutual interest.

Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev praised Algeria’s coherent and balanced foreign policy under President Tebboune’s leadership. He expressed a desire to strengthen the historical ties between the two nations and identify concrete measures for expanded cooperation.

African and International Recognition

Zambia’s President Hakainde Hichilema congratulated President Tebboune, acknowledging the Algerian people’s determination and resilience. He affirmed the deep bonds of friendship and thanked Algeria for its strong support, particularly in education.

Arab League Secretary-General Ahmed Aboul Gheit saluted the heroes of the liberation revolution and praised the continuous work in development and construction under President Tebboune’s leadership. He commended the President’s efforts to enhance Arab solidarity and assured close cooperation with the Arab League.

Asian and Eastern European Partners

Indonesia’s President Prabowo Subianto expressed confidence that the solid 62-year relationship between Algeria and Indonesia would be continuously strengthened, providing a pivotal basis for expanded cooperation in all fields.

Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko described the Revolution Day as a decisive historical turning point. He stated that Belarus and Algeria present a model of effective cooperation based on mutual respect and national sovereignty, rejecting policies of pressure and sanctions.
