The Minister of Justice, Mr. Mohamed Ould Souaidatt, received His Excellency Mr. Joaquín Tasso Villalonga, Ambassador of the European Union and Head of the EU Delegation to Mauritania, at his office in Nouakchott on Tuesday.
During the meeting, they reviewed the existing cooperation and friendship relations between the Islamic Republic of Mauritania and the European Union, in addition to discussing joint projects with the justice sector, the level of progress in their implementation, and ways to develop and strengthen them in a manner that serves the common interests of both parties.
