Oyo State Infrastructure Partners Warn Towards Unlawful Property Builders

“We are deeply concerned as stakeholders because these unscrupulous individuals are deceiving and defrauding unsuspecting members of the public. We have evidence of their collaboration with some greedy actors to exploit innocent buyers,” stated Engineer Kehinde. “This must stop. The government needs to act swiftly to prevent further exploitation.”
He additional revealed that about 18 registered firms are at present partnering with the Oyo State authorities on GRA initiatives, collectively investing over ₦100 billion to rework the state by means of housing and property improvement.
