PRESS RELEASE: Teach Your Wards Respect to the Less Privileged – Dr Halima Mamman Bashar, to African Mothers
The wife of the Late Emir of Daura Dr. Halima Mamman Bashar has enjoined African Women to persevere on inculcating a positive attitude among children towards the less privileged in the society.
Dr. Halima Mamman Bashar gave the advice shortly after her conferment as the Distinguish Mother of African Orphans by the Council of African Chiefdom and the Arewarmu Duniyarmu Initiative in Abuja.
Dr. Bashar remarked that Humanity must not be indifferent to the challenges being faced by Orphans or Orphanages but rather should be supportive.

“At special times take your children or Wards to Orphanages, spend time with them in such a way that your children become conscious of the difference between them and the need to bridge the gaps.” She emphasize.
She further commended the Council of African Chiefdom for updating people and government of African countries on the challenges of Orphans and scarcity of Orphanages as well the need to improve on the welfare and well-being of Orphans in the continent.
